We want you to love your purchase, so you have 30 days from the purchase date to start a return.

  • Pickup orders: refunds within 7 days, or store credit within 30 days
  • Local delivery orders: refunds within 7 days, or store credit within 30 days
  • Shipped orders: CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING EXPENSES. Refunds within 7 days, or store credit within 30 days Store Credit valid for 1 year

Receiving a gift you’d like to swap? No problem.
Gifts can be returned for store credit within 30 days.

Just include the gift receipt so we can look up the order and add the credit to your account.

Refunds are available when your return is started within the refund timeframes above.

Store credit is available within 30 days and gives you the flexibility to shop later.
It’s valid for 1 year from the date it’s issued, so you’ll have plenty of time to find something you love.

Return shipping is covered by the customer, but we work to keep the process simple and smooth.

Refunds are issued for the full amount of the item(s), minus the original shipping cost.

Please return items unworn and unused with original tags still attached.

Sets or multi-piece items need to be returned together as a complete set.

All sale items are final sale, so they’re not eligible for return or exchange.

Unless otherwise noted on a product page, we don’t have additional non-returnable categories.

We don’t process direct exchanges, but we’re happy to help you with a return if eligible.

Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the item or size you’d like.

If something arrives damaged or not quite right, please reach out to us as soon as you can with your order number and photos.

We’ll review the issue and work with you on a replacement or refund.

Orders can’t be cancelled once they’re placed, but we’re here to help if you need to start a return.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and, if approved, automatically issue your refund or store credit.

You’ll receive an email update so you always know what’s happening with your return.
